Important information
· Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel
· No pets permitted in Hotel Aan the Wymerts
· Hotel check-in available from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm
· Check-in for the apartments available from 3.00 pm to 8.00 pm
· If an earlier or later check-in is preferred, please let us know in good time
· Check-out no later than 10.30 am
· Breakfast is served between 8 AM and 11.30 am in 'it Pottebakkershûs'
· For an earlier or later breakfast, please contact reception
· Arrangements can be made for your luggage to be stored at the hotel on the day of your departure
· Please inform us of any changes in the number of people before your arrival
· Once you have entered through the gates of our hotel the entrance is directly after the flower stall on your right.

Tips
· Bicycle hire: Hotel Aan the Wymerts has an arrangement with the local bicycle hire agent. We can organise bicycle hire for you
· Recharging of electric bicycles: our guests may use the recharge point at the It Pottebakkershus restaurant (walking distance from the hotel)
· Parking: parking is available for our guests next to the hotel but spaces are limited. During busy periods cars can be parked at walking distance from the hotel. (Schoolstraat or behind the fire station)
· Parking for visitors: public parking is available at walking distance from the hotel (Schoolstraat or behind the fire station)
· Storage area for bicycles: the hotel has a facility where hotel guests can leave their bicycles
Cancellations
Cancellation conditions: up to 7 days beforehand, no charge. After this the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (Uniforme Voorwaarden Horeca) apply. These terms and conditions can be downloaded from the link below or can be found on the website of the Dutch trade Association for the Hotel and Catering Industry (Koninklijke Horeca Nederland). If you do not have cancellation insurance we recommend that you take out cancellation cover for your reservation.
Hotel Aan the Wymerts can offer guests the option of taking out cancellation cover through us. The cost of such cover is calculated at 4% of the hotel reservation amount.
